Delete Your Account

ThinApps Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users can request deletion of app accounts and associated account data for ThinApps mobile applications.

Not all ThinApps apps create accounts or store account-linked data. Please review the section for the app you use.

Freebase

Account Deletion

Freebase allows users to request deletion of their app account and associated account data.

To request deletion of your Freebase account, please email us at:

[email protected]

For security reasons, deletion requests must be sent from the same email address used to log in to your Freebase account. This helps us confirm that the request is coming from the account owner.

What Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete account data associated with your Freebase login, including:

  • your Freebase account
  • synced favorites, if enabled
  • account-linked app preferences, if any
  • other data directly associated with your Freebase account

What May Not Be Deleted

Some data may remain if it is not connected to your account, such as anonymous app analytics, crash logs, or data stored only on your device.

Data stored locally on your device can be removed by deleting the Freebase app or clearing the app’s storage from your device settings.

We may also retain limited records if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or abuse prevention purposes.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days.

After your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
